North Construction & Building is seeking a highly motivated Individual interested in completing a fulltime, 12-month Business
Administration Traineeship at our Tuggerah office, (8am – 5pm Monday to Friday) that will transition into future roles as the business
continues to grow.
This is an entry level role, and an exciting opportunity to kick start a lifelong career in business operations with personalised mentoring

What will you do:
- be the first touch point and face of North
- deliver excellent customer service and support to visitors and North teams
- provide administrative support to various teams across the business
- answer, screen, direct and announce all calls to the head office
- efficiently and professionally directing enquiries
- meet and greet visitors to the Head Office
- maintain high standard of presentation across the Head Office environment
- order and replenish stationery and kitchen supplies
- data entry, email/phone correspondence, scanning/printing
- accessing and updating SharePoint
- developing negotiation and relationship building skills
- Adhoc administration duties as required
- develop skills within yourself on how to speak to and effectively engage with all construction industry stakeholders.

What you must have
- own transport and current driver licence
- must be Australian or New Zealand Citizen or permanent resident.
