North Construction & Building is seeking a highly motivated individual interested in completing a fulltime, 12-month Information
Technology Traineeship at our Tuggerah office (8am – 5pm Monday to Friday) that will transition into future tech
support roles as the business continues to grow.
This is an entry level role and is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to kick start a professional career in I.T. by completing
Certificate III whilst being supported by personalised mentoring programs and amazing employee focused benefits to assist you in your

What will you do:
- provide excellent customer service to all North employees
- provide IT support to all teams across the business
- triage and action all incoming tickets and requests
- answer incoming calls
- efficiently and professionally answer enquiries
- trouble shoot ICT problems+
- provide onsite support as required across our various construction sites
- set up new devices and provide ongoing maintenance of these devices
- develop negotiation and relationship-building skills
- develop skills within yourself on how to speak to, and effectively engage, with all construction industry stakeholders
- some travel required to sites as required and appropriate as the role grows

What you must have:
- prior experience in I.T. interests
- own transport and current driver licence
- must be Australian or New Zealand Citizen or permanent resident
