Kincumber Library

When tenders were received for the construction of a new branch library they were almost $200,000 over Gosford Councils budget for the project. As preferred tenderer, Norths worked closely with Brewster Hjorth Architects to achieve the required cost savings that would allow the project to proceed without compromising the design or the function of the building.

The simple open plan design of the building provides a light and airy environment for the different areas of the library, including childrens books, reference material, the lending library and various reading and study areas.
