The project involved the replacement of the mechanical system in Pathology building across 2 levels and the clearing of the plant room level. A key requirement of the project was maintaining the operation of the facility including sensitive equipment with specific climate controls requirements and a number of 24 hours operational areas. To achieve this requirement careful coordination and close communication with the client and the building users occurred as well as substantial works being conducted outside standard operating hours.
This project was awarded under the GC21 Lump Sum Contract.
