MENTORING LEADERSHIP
North is highly focused on the professional and personal development of our team. Our mentoring programs are second to none and have been designed to assist people in reaching their full potential.
How North Commercial Apprentices Succeed
Supported by a dedicated apprentice manager, you would be mentored through a structured apprenticeship program which includes: leadership training; monthly competency assessments; quarterly goal-setting reviews; monthly office presentations to share knowledge with your peers; onsite exposure to a variety of trades; training in safety and systems.
Our site and office team members also mentor and support our Construction Apprentices in their professional and personal development. In 2015, 2017 and 2019 North Apprentices were awarded National Apprentice of the Year by the Master Builders Association Australia.
