Tinonee Gardens

The contract at Tinonee consisted of 3 main components. A new two storey 39 bed Aged Care Facility, a new Administration Building and a fire upgrade of 12, 10 bed existing hostel buildings within an operation village. The Aged Care building was a concrete framed building with the light weight frame and truss arrangement used on the first floor. The construction of the Aged Care building was completed in 44 weeks, during this time the new Administration building was completed along with the fire upgrade of the existing buildings, this was made possible through considerable planning and discussion with the client.
