Norths were selected through a lump sum tender process for the construction of a new two-stream primary school on a greenfield site in Terrigal. The contract included all roadworks and civilworks to complete the project. With occupancy of the new school project, the old school and church site was sold for development. The successful completion of the school project within time and budget led to negotiations with the parish and diocese for the construction of the school hall and church facilities on a construction management basis.
