These MBA award-winning projects were built to facilitate the relocation and expansion of the existing school. The site presently includes a primary and secondary school campus, including a unique STEM building. The use of contemporary materials and bright colours have created a vibrant learning environment. Through a construction management process and working in conjunction with the School, North have had detailed input into the management and delivery of all eleven stages within time-frame and budget. All stages at Lakes Grammar Anglican School were programmed in close consultation with the school to allow full operation of all campuses during construction and completed ahead of programme requirements meaning that the school was able to utilise the facilities ahead of the originally programmed dates.
