Performance Arts Culture Cessnock (PACC)

Client: Cessnock City Council

Architect: SHAC

Project Details

North recently completed an external cladding upgrade and internal refurbishment to Performance Arts Culture Cessnock (PACC) after originally completing the construction of the 472-seat performing arts theatre back in 2008.

The cladding replacement was necessary to ensure compliance with the current Building Code of Australia’s requirements.

In conjunction with the cladding compliance work, our scope also included a number of internal and external upgrades and renovations. Of particular importance was the remediation and strengthening of the existing heritage listed building to ensure the building remains a lasting legacy for the community.
