The Tertiary Education Centre at Muswellbrook is part of the University of Newcastle’s (UoN) Hunter Region Innovation Precinct developed jointly by Council and the UoN.

Designed by Collins and Turner Architects, North constructed a new three-storey education building featuring office pods, shared meeting facilities, and the latest technology in audio-visual services to support innovative businesses in the Shire.

The scope of works also included adapting the heritage-listed ‘Loxton House’ by converting the upper level into an innovation hub. The two buildings will be linked via a glazed footbridge featuring custom artwork.
