With over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, including roles as Estimating Manager, Project Manager, Design Manager and Pre- Construction Manager, Ray has experience in major residential, industrial, health, commercial, hospitality and educational projects.

At North, Ray performs all management and leadership responsibilities and functions associated with being a Director of North. Operationally, Ray leads the pre-construction team and is actively involved with tendering, strategic planning, innovation, programming and value engineering. Ray has been with the business since 2012 and is a shareholder.
