With over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, including roles as Estimating Manager, Project Manager, Design Manager and Preconstruction Manager, Ray has experience in major residential, industrial, health, commercial, hospitality and educational projects.

At North, Ray performs all management and leadership responsibilities and functions associated with being a Director of North. Operationally, Ray leads the preconstruction team and is actively involved with tendering, strategic planning, innovation, programming and value engineering. Ray has been with the business since 2012 and is a shareholder.
