Darren Wilton brings nearly three decades of experience in the construction industry, having commenced his career in 1997. He joined North in 2009 after spending five years living and working in the United Kingdom, where he broadened his expertise across diverse project environments.

Since joining North, Darren has held a series of progressively senior roles, including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Construction Manager—a position he held from 2017 until his appointment as Head of Construction in January 2025. His leadership has been instrumental in delivering complex projects across multiple sectors, including commercial, residential, industrial, health, aged care, heritage, and education.

Darren is known for his commitment to relationship-based contracting and champions open, transparent communication as the foundation for successful project delivery. He fosters a culture of trust across project teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability from concept to completion. Darren has led and delivered major developments exceeding $50 million in value, consistently achieving outcomes that deliver lasting value for clients, communities, and project partners.
