Michael brings over 15 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. He began his career as an apprentice carpenter before progressing through various leadership roles, including Project Supervisor, Site Manager, and Senior Site Manager. He joined North as a Site Operations Manager for the Southeast Queensland region.

Over the past decade, Michael has successfully led and delivered large-scale fit-out and new-build projects across Southeast Queensland. His extensive experience in live and community-focused environments has given him a deep understanding of client expectations and the critical factors that drive project success.

As a member of the senior leadership team, based in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, Michael is dedicated to building high-performing project teams across SEQ. Michael has been with the business since 2022 and is a shareholder.
