As North’s ECI Team Leader, Karl brings over 15 years’ strategic pre-construction expertise, guiding projects from pre-concept / feasibility stage right through to client business case approvals and head contract award.

Karl’s has a diverse experience in complex, live operational, and critical infrastructure environments, as well as greenfield and brownfield developments across sectors such as Data Centres, Healthcare, Aged Care & Over 55’s, Multi-Res and Mixed-Use, Industrial, Hospitality, and Commercial projects.

Karl brings a dynamic and adaptable approach to the pre-construction phase, with a strong focus on the balance between client commercial outcomes and ensuring the project delivery is set up for success. Karl has been with the business since January 2025.
