As North’s ECI Team Leader, Karl brings over 15 years’ strategic Pre-Construction expertise, guiding projects from Pre-Concept / Feasibility Stage right through to Client Business Case approvals and Head Contract Award.

Karl’s has a diverse experience in complex, live operational, and critical infrastructure environments, as well as greenfield and brownfield developments across sectors such as Data Centres, Healthcare, Aged Care & Over 55’s, Multi-Res and Mixed-Use, Industrial, Hospitality, and Commercial projects.

Karl brings a dynamic and adaptable approach to the Pre-Construction phase, with a strong focus on the balance between Client commercial outcomes and ensuring the Project delivery is set up for success. Karl has been with the business since January 2025.
