4Tel delivers a broad range of technology‑focused services to both government and commercial clients, including strategic consulting, systems engineering, specialist software development, and project management. Their expertise spans train control systems, large‑scale radio and satellite platforms, SCADA networks, next‑generation IP networking, and software solutions for real‑time command and control environments.
The project scope encompassed rectification of existing building defects, partial roof replacement, and the construction of a 250 m² steel‑framed mezzanine to maximise usable floor space. The comprehensive fit‑out included new kitchen facilities on both the ground and first floors, male and female amenities, three meeting rooms, a dedicated server room, office and systems integration spaces, an open‑plan first‑floor office, and the installation of a new lift to enhance accessibility and circulation throughout the building.
