Sarah has over 20 years practical experience in finance and accounting. She is a registered CPA and has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. Sarah has held the position of Internal Accountant at North since 2010 and was appointed to the Senior Management Team in 2014. In 2022, she became North’s Company Secretary.

Sarah is accountable for the overall performance of the finance and accounting function at North. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Sarah is actively involved in leading the company’s culture and values ensuring that there is synergy between strategy, culture, company processes and structure. She is passionate about working with project teams to ensure all stakeholders are treated in line with the vision of North. Sarah has the ability to facilitate those working in different areas to work together to achieve project outcomes. Sarah has been with the business since 2010 and is a shareholder.
