The Project was a three storey mixed use commercial real estate development consisting of contiguous piling, concrete slabs and columns and precast concrete panels for the external walls. The major challenges for this project were due to the constraints imposed by a tight building site, as this development was located in between two existing structures. Further to that, there were multiple design changes along the way which had to be incorporated into the works as the project progressed.
