Located at Hamlyn Terrace on the NSW Central Coast, this warm and welcoming development comprised the construction of seven independent living units; an extension to the existing facility wings and a new central facility extension, which included staff offices, a café and salon.
After the wing extensions took place, the existing bedrooms were beautifully refurbished along with new bedroom ensuites, living and sitting areas, and renovated servery spaces. External works included road construction, a new carpark and an array of stunning garden areas. As the project was constructed within an operating facility, the project team managed works across eight stages to ensure the residents and staff experienced minimal disruption to their day-to-day activities. This is the fourth stage of works we have delivered for Uniting at their Hamlyn Terrace location.
