North was awarded a construction management contract to build a state-of-the-art Atune Integrated Health Centre for United Health Services.
Located in Cardiff and designed by Group D Creative Collective and Ian Easton Architects, the project involves an upgrade and change of use to an existing building which is currently a recreational sport facility. The alterations and additions are to facilitate a medical centre, shop/cafe and recreational facility, including a gymnasium.
This was an exciting project to deliver to the local community and the second Atune Health Centre contract we have been awarded having completed some early works in 2017.
