After working with the Foundation, SHAC Architects and Ian Easton Architects through an initial ECI process and subsequent tender period, North was awarded the contract for the construction of the St Philip’s Christian Education Foundation’s new office building located at the Waratah school campus.
The 3-storey building, that connects into the adjacent church, will be the new home for Foundation staff, provide training facilities for future teachers and flexible learning spaces that can also be used as future classrooms.
