Under Construction – The new ‘Archer’s Run’ wellness precinct is a luxury, over 55’s clubhouse which commenced as an ECI model in 2024. The pool component of the wellness clubhouse
comprises of both a large indoor and outdoor mineral pool, partly covered water garden park with a day spa, fountains and lounges. This facility represents Stage 1 of a significant development on a greenfield site, for a return client. Later stages of the project include a social and community hub, community sheds, lawn bowls and games area, with associated external landscaping works.
