Under Construction – The project comprises the construction of a new aquatic centre grandstand, incorporating four (4) change rooms, associated store rooms, and office spaces located beneath the structure. Additional works include upgrades and modifications to the existing main pump room.
The grandstand structure consists of reinforced concrete elements with structural steel framing and a COLORBOND® roof system.
Works will be undertaken in conjunction with the pool builder, Baldwin Aquatic, who is responsible for the construction of the 50m swimming pool. Coordination between trades will be critical to ensure seamless integration of the structural and pool works
