This Avondale Kressville aged care project was made up of four separate Buildings with four, two bedroom units to each building. The upper level units of the retirement facility have access from the road via a suspended concrete driveway. The lower units have driveways from the road that surrounds the project. North provided Avondale aged care with a number of major cost saving options which enabled the project to be completed. With the Architect being based in Queensland communication was extremely important.
All the of carpentry work for this retirement village project was completed by the North Carpentry Team. North also worked closely with a number of schools and TAFE Colleges to provide a work site for students to gain valuable on site work experience for six students who attended site one or two days a weeks for the duration of the project.
