North were engaged by Spotless Group to complete an upgrade to the existing Canobolas Clinic within the Bloomfield Health Campus in Orange. The new facility caters to the mental health needs of children and adolescents in the local community.
The internal works included the demolition and refurbishment of the building, including a new bedroom with ensuite, staff and clinical areas and support services.
The external works consisted of structural upgrades, re-roofing the existing building, external cladding and associated landscaping.
A key focus for the North team was working safely within an existing hospital environment and being proactive in the management of campus requirements.
