North were engaged by Central Coast Council to complete the design documentation and subsequent construction of sporting field amenities at Adelaide Oval in Killarney Vale, NSW.
The new amenities building features four change rooms with showers, first aid facilities, a referees’ room, two storage areas, new toilets, plus accessible pathways. The project also included a significant civil scope, consisting of the construction of an emergency access pathway from the carpark to the existing clubhouse via the new amenities building.
A focus for North’s project team was ensuring high-quality durable materials were nominated in the design, guaranteeing the security and longevity of the building.
The upgraded facilities will be shared by the community and local sporting club – Killarney Vale Bombers AFL and Peninsula Junior Touch Football.
