Project Details

The upgrade of Terrigal’s Crowne Plaza Beer Garden involved the complete demolition and removal of all furniture, balustrades. A new membrane was required across the entire area to protect the basement car park prior to the installation of new granite pavers laid on a wet bed along with modern glazed balustrades to take full advantage of the beachfront location. To increase usability of the space fitted glass awnings and curved membrane structures fixed to the hotel were installed upon completion. The hotel and beer garden remained operational throughout the entire process through detail planning and staged construction process.
