This health project involved the refurbishment of an existing picture framing warehouse in Kotara, into a 790m2 eye specialist and eye surgery clinic, including 2 procedure rooms, Laser room, Treatment room, four consultation rooms and multiple offices and waiting rooms. This project also included a new CFC facade to the front end of the new eye specialists building.
Effective communication between the construction team and the design consultants enabled us to overcome the challenges associated with integrating the new works with existing building. Being a medical facility it is important to uphold a high level of quality whilst maintaining programme. However, this was achieved and the job finished on time to allow the client to open their brand new clinic as intended.
