The Construction of the function centre was awarded as a fixed lump sum tender that was priced as a hard dollar tender. The project consisted of a new function centre, bar and bistro with an external pre cast concrete grandstand all located within and under an existing grandstand roof framework.
The existing Gosford Showground remained operational throughout construction with greyhounds racing occurring every Tuesday and Saturday nights.
