Following a successful ECI process, North were awarded the Design & Construct contract for the community centre and recreation elements of Allam Property Group’s new over 55’s lifestyle
community, Monterey, within the Camden Haven region on the beautiful NSW Mid-North Coast.

The community centre North delivered is complete with facilities and event spaces including a tennis court, pool, bowling green and golf practice area.
