MacKillop Catholic College and Church – Warnervale

Client: Catholic Schools Office

VAlue: $5,600,000

Architect: Fulton Trotter & Partners

Project Details

The MacKillop Catholic College is the first K-12 school in the diocese and the first new school to be built by the diocese for 15 years. The school and church are being built on a site that will ultimately be within the new Warnervale town centre and will cater for the projected population growth in the area.

As the first stage of a fully master-planned project, this job included the church, administration and staff buildings and roadworks. Services infrastructure, including power, telecommunications, sewer, water and fire services were all constructed in this stage to provide for the completed development.

The successful completion of this project, and the clients requirement to complete the next stage of primary classrooms on a fast-tracked basis led to the open book negotiations of the next stage.
