North is currently constructing a state-of-the-art two-level school building for Macquarie College.

This development comprises: a senior library, 10 innovative classrooms, a design lab, multiple breakout rooms, dedicated faculty staff rooms, staff lounge, café, a central gathering space for community events, a versatile theatre space, engaging outdoor learning areas, landscaping, and hydrant upgrade works for safety.
