Located at the intersection of Parry and Steel Streets and adjacent to Marketown Shopping Centre, this new four-storey building is a great addition to the area. Whilst our team was constructing this building, North was engaged by Cutcher & Neale to complete an integrated fit out of their office space on Level 3.
Complex site constraints required innovative methodologies, including needle/propping cantilever scaffolding over a Cottage Creek Stormwater Channel, as well as well as full height overhead powerline hoardings cantilevered above the primary site access.
This was a multifaceted project for North that also included the fit out of Belle Property Newcastle & Lake Macquarie’s new office on the ground floor.
