The community on the Woy Woy peninsula will benefit from the construction of a multi-purpose facility catering for youth services, child care, dance, drama, arts & crafts, martial arts, theatre, meeting rooms, multi-purpose hall and administration.

The project was let through a select design document and construct tender process. As a public building Norths bid was based around providing an efficiently designed structure with all finishes selected for durability and resilience.
