Rochedale Early Learning Centre is a new 85 place two-storey childcare centre with four large activity spaces internally and playscape areas around the building on both the ground and first floor.

North were engaged to undertake early works on the project, before being awarded the main contract.

Construction works include demolishing and clearing the existing site to enable the design and construction of the building.
