The project involved the refurbishment of an existing building to create a place of worship, youth centre, training facilities, commercial kitchen and offices. This was achieved utilising existing spaces and existing services. The existing Structure needed attention to detail to enable adequate use of the area whilst providing protection from the elements.
This project was awarded under a Lump Sum Project.
