North have been engaged to undertake the design and construction of several key building elements on behalf of the Sanitarium Health Food Company. This includes the construction of a new conveyor bridge and mezzanines to link the existing Buildings 2 and 3, as well as modifications to the roof of Building 3 to accommodate the new pallet bridge.
Civil works also involve tree clearing and the installation of new footings, both internally and externally, to support the new structure.
Additionally, provisions will be made for essential services—such as power, lighting, mechanical systems, and fire protection—to the bridge structure.
Works also includes the implementation of appropriate stormwater management measures associated with the new bridge construction.
