After calling for expressions of interest, a select tender list was compiled for the design and construction of this project. Norths won the tender with a proposal that met the accommodation requirements of the youth club, at the lowest price and fastest construction time.
Facilities provided for the youth club include: four basketball courts, tiered spectator seating, a boxing room, gymnasium, meeting rooms, a computer room, offices, a kitchen/canteen, and amenities.
This new complex provides a much needed indoor sporting facility for the rapidly growing local community.
