The project for St Philip’s Christian College involved the construction of two new wings off the recently completely stage 1 performing arts centre. The works involved construction of a new drama classroom, recording and rehearsing studios, keyboard classroom, music classroom and storage rooms. The key challenge of this project was managing the interface between construction works and assess to the existing school areas. We overcame this by building temporary hoardings to enable the existing PAC to continue operating without disruption. The project was delivered under ABIC Simple Works 2008 construction only contract.
