This award-winning project included the construction of new kindergarten classrooms, an early learning facility, art preparation areas, amenities, general purpose learning areas and associated landscaping / play areas.
The project was quite unique in that it combined a new modern extension with the refurbishment of a heritage 1800’s Victorian style residence. To complete the work North engaged the services of specialist heritage contractors who worked collaboratively on site with other trades including electricians, plumbers and mechanical contractors to deliver a building that is not only code compliant, functional and comfortable for staff to work in – but also maintains the original look and feel of a Victorian style residence.
