Stage 1 comprised the construction of a new 36-bed aged care facility. The building also consists of a large central core area with offices, gym, reception area, cinema, central courtyard, kitchen/laundry facilities and associated landscaping and civil works.
Additional works comprised the internal fitout of the second half of the central core building and carpark works.
Stage 2 comprised new and refurbishment works to existing Wing C.
