Completed in 2006 this major car park facility serves the commercial centre of Terrigal and is located at the southern end of the CDB behind the Crowne Plaza. The project was won at competitive tender. The three level concrete framed car park added 328 car spaces to Terrigals public car space provision. A further 156 car spaces on grade were created through adjacent civil works.
In 2016, North were engaged as the Design and Construct contractor to build an additional level to the Wilson Road Terrigal Multi- Level Carpark. The project provided an additional 110 car spaces and included associated works to the car park originally constructed by North. North designed and constructed the works with allowances for an additional level in the future.
