Constructed on a greenfield site at Stratford Ave, Lake Haven this 40 aged care bed facility is predominantly a single storey with the maintenance facility, laundry and bus parking on the lower ground floor. The ground floor is housed 40 Aged Care beds along with Kitchen, Dining, and common areas. Brick veneer construction ensured a homely feel was achieved for all residents.
