North undertook an 11 bed extension to Woy Woy Community Care’s Residential Aged Care Facility along with an extension to the Dining room, Activities area, new Staff Training areas. A single storey development, it was constructed using full masonry walls and trussed roof marrying into the existing facility, an upgrade of the external areas and courtyard completed this modest project.
