North worked with ET Australia and SHAC Architects as an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and Design & Construct (D&C) partner to deliver the relocation of the school’s Years 7-10 campus and the establishment of a new senior campus for Years 11-12.
The project required State Significant Development Approval for the two new campuses; one within an existing shopping centre, and the other within an existing commercial office. The construction phase included the refurbishment and fitout of both spaces with significant attention paid to the strategic reuse of the existing fitout to achieve time and cost efficiencies.
The project was successfully completed within a compressed program to enable the school to relocate during the holiday period and commence operations on Day 1 Term 1 2021.
