John commenced in the construction industry in 1993. He has worked in various roles and levels from Apprentice Carpenter to Senior Project Manager leading to his current role as Director of Projects. He has contributed, led and delivered projects of up to $50m in both Australia and the UK across multiple sectors- commercial, residential, industrial, health, hospitality & retail, heritage and education.

John has led teams in the delivery of projects from traditional Hard Dollar Tenders to Public Private Partnership (PPP), including the delivery of value engineering through the construction phase across multiple sectors, whilst addressing the essential KPI’s in safety, quality and environmental areas.

John has been a part of the North Management Team since 2010 and became part-owner of the business in 2012.
