On Sunday 23 August, Team North took on the challenge of the Pat Farmer Quicksand 2026 Soft Sand Run at Terrigal Beach, joining participants in support of SOKS (Save Our Kids from Suicide) and local surf lifesaving clubs. With various events through the morning, our team completed the 10km relay run on soft sand.

We are proud of the team for getting involved, having some fun and supporting a cause that enhances the lives of kids on the Central Coast.
At North, we believe that strong communities are built when people come together to support one another. Events like Quicksand not only promote health and wellbeing but also help raise awareness of the services and support available to young people and families impacted by mental health challenges.
